  3. Review Your Cart

    • After adding items, you’ll be directed to your cart where you can adjust quantities or remove products as needed.

  4. Enter Billing and Shipping Details

    • Provide your billing and delivery information.

    • Select a payment method: Online Card Payment or bank transfer.

    • Choose a delivery option:

      • Courier Delivery (europewide).

  5. Confirm and Place Your Order

    • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the appropriate box.

    • Click “Place Order” to finalize your purchase.

  6. Order Confirmation

    • You will receive an immediate confirmation email.

    • Our team will contact you shortly via email or phone to confirm product availability and delivery details.

  • Free Delivery in Bucharest
    Enjoy free, direct delivery in Bucharest for qualifying orders. Our team handles your products with care, ensuring safe transport from our store to your door.

  • Showroom Pickup
    Prefer to collect your order in person? Visit our showroom in Chiajna, Ilfov, and pick up your items at your convenience. This option allows you to inspect your purchase before taking it home.

All deliveries are coordinated with care and communication. You’ll be contacted to confirm product availability, shipping time, and special handling (if required for livestock).

Exchange or Return of Goods

At CoralFarm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, we offer the option to exchange or return it under the following conditions:

  • Non-Livestock Products
    You may return or exchange unused, unopened products (such as equipment or accessories) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Livestock (Corals, Fish, Invertebrates)
    Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on livestock unless there is a confirmed issue upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of receiving your order) with clear photos and details, and we will assess the situation for a possible refund or replacement.

  • Return Process
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at (+40) 729 154 576. We will guide you through the return steps and provide the necessary return address or courier arrangements.

  • Refunds
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Policy Conditions for Non-Acceptance

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, CoralFarm reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of items under the following circumstances:

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, tested, or installed

  • The packaging is opened, damaged, or missing

  • The product has been manipulated, tampered with, or altered in any way

  • Any component is missing, including:

    • Original packaging

    • Instruction manuals

    • Cables, adapters, or mounting parts

    • Warranty documents or certificates

    • Promotional items or free gifts

  • The product shows signs of wear, scratches, or physical damage not caused during delivery

  • The return is made outside the 14-day return window for non-livestock items

  • The item is custom-ordered or made-to-measure, which are not eligible for return

  • The return does not include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, livestock and opened liquid products (e.g., additives, test kits, food) cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless proven defective or damaged during transport.

To avoid refusal, we recommend:

  • Not unsealing or using products unless you are sure you will keep them

  • Contacting our support team before initiating a return if you're unsure of eligibility
