The REEFER 300 G3 Deluxe is part of Red Sea’s third-generation (“G3”) REEFER line of reef-ready aquariums. The “Deluxe” tag indicates that the system includes not only the display tank + cabinet + sump + plumbing, but also factory-bundled lighting (in this case 2 × ReefLED G2 115 units) plus the mounting arms for those lights. The G3 generation brings improved plumbing, quieter operation, stronger flow, and integration with Red Sea’s smart ecosystem.

With the Deluxe version of the 300 G3 you should expect:
The display aquarium (300 G3) with ultra-clear rimless glass (for this size) and quality build.
Marine-spec cabinet/stand (in Black finish) appropriate for this size, with leveling feet, durable marine-grade construction.
Integrated sump (glass) and pre-glued plumbing configured for reef filtration (mechanical compartment, media cups, skimmer chamber).
Pre-installed plumbing and features such as ReefGate valve, downflow pipe, dual return pump outlets (depending on model) as part of the G3 upgrade.
Lighting: 2 × ReefLED G2 115 fixtures + the mounting arms.

Construction
Glass & tank construction: For the 300 size (under ~350 litres) the tank is rimless (no top frame) and uses ultra-clear glass for better visual clarity. The spec states rimless for models 170-350.
Flow system & plumbing: The G3 generation features upgraded hydrodynamic plumbing: fewer sharp turns, larger flow channels, a precision gate valve for quieter and adjustable down-flow. This helps for reef systems where flow and circulation are vital.
Cabinet/stand: Marine-spec plywood, epoxy painted doors, adjustable feet, durable for marine environment. (For larger sizes, front aluminium supports are included)
Smart integrations: The included ReefATO+ gives automatic top-off, water level monitoring, leak detection and temperature monitoring. This helps maintain water stability and aids reef-keeping.

This 300 G3 Deluxe system is suited for hobbyists who:
Want a premium reef-ready system with strong build, integrated sump/plumbing and lighting included, but don’t want to move into the extremely large flagship tank volumes.
Are planning a serious reef display (~65 US gallons display) with room for live rock, moderate coral load (LPS + some SPS), and want a system that offers stability and quality.
Value ease of setup: since the plumbing and sump are pre-glued and integrated, less custom building is required and you can focus more on aquascaping and livestock.
Have the space and structural support for the footprint: ~35.4″ long × 22.6″ wide × ~21.7″ high (display tank) plus cabinet and additional height for lighting, walk-around space etc.
Are willing to purchase supporting equipment (skimmer, pumps, etc) and commit to ongoing maintenance (water changes, parameter testing, coral care).
Installation of REEFER 300 G3 Deluxe
Space & weight: Although not the largest system possible, when filled with ~300 litres + rock + substrate + cabinet the system will be heavy. Ensure the flooring can support the weight, the stand is level, and the path into the room is clear (doorways, turns).
Cabinet access & ventilation: With the sump and plumbing inside the cabinet, you’ll need easy access for maintenance, clearance for door swings, and good ventilation (especially if you add equipment that generates heat).
Lighting & coverage: The included 2 × RL115 lights are good for many reef setups. However, consider the depth of your aquascape and coral types: if you plan very deep rockwork, many SPS, or very bright lighting demands, you may want to evaluate whether these two lights provide enough coverage or if supplemental lighting may be needed. Circulation & return pumps: While sump/plumbing is ready, you must select return pump(s) and circulation/powerheads appropriate for the size and coral load. Good flow is critical in reef systems.
Maintenance & water stability: With ~300 litres display + sump, you have good volume for stability, but you still need regular water changes, parameter monitoring (nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium), cleaning, etc.
Shipping & delivery logistics: Systems of this size ship as large crates; coordinate delivery into your location. Make sure the installation spot is final (moving later with full system is hard).
Budgeting: Beyond the aquarium bundle, plan budget for skimmer, pumps, lighting enhancements (if needed), live rock/sand, corals/fish, test kits, salt, electricity, maintenance.
Startup & cycling: As with any reef system, allow time for cycling, live rock maturation, parameter stabilization prior to heavy coral stocking.
